This is the description of a request for equipment for agents of the BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives). They are requesting a series of Leatherman brand multi tools, the Micra model. The key is they want them engraved with ATF - Assett Forfeiture "always think forfeiture." So much for due process in our country. Your worried about the 2nd Amendment, there goes the 4th!
